Join the OPA South of Portland Paralegal Group meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 18, 2019.  

Mr. Wolf will be discussing how to obtain possession after non-judicial foreclosure, in particular the eviction process when the occupant fails to vacate.  Completing this process properly does, in fact, require many specific considerations regarding the non-judicial foreclosure process itself, and there is some interesting case law on this topic.
