This presentation will focus on how to spot a request or need for workplace accommodations. This presentation will focus on what this means on the ground for client employers and ideas on improving workplace culture.

Alejandra Torres is an attorney in the Portland office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP and a member of the Labor & Employment practice. She has a background in business litigation, complex commercial litigation, construction defect, and employment disputes. Ms. Torres is one of the few attorneys in the firm to pave the road in representing clients in virtual jury trials.
