Special Meeting of Board of Directors

Pursuant to Article IV, Sections Six and Seven of Oregon Paralegal Association's Third Amended and Restated Bylaws, a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Saturday, September 3rd, 2022 at 10:00 AM.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss vacancies to the President and Secretary positions identified by OPA's Nominations, Elections, and Awards Committee.
